Winter 2010

Happy New Year.

We will soon be releasing the following, some after considerable delay. Rest assured these are all in the process of being designed/printed, so though release dates are not firm, half the battle is done.

-RIP Madonna “TBA” EP
-Samurai Dreams Psychic Readings LP
-Thomas Mahoney Interiors book

Swarming Hordes LPs should be almost on their way. Thanks to all of those who pre-ordered. We hope you had a safe and enjoyable holiday season. We’re looking forward to the possibilities of the new decade.

Cheers,
TRDMRK

TRDMRK : Phase 2

Thanks for visiting the new TRDMRK site. As we transition into a new phase in our business, we’re losing the longer Trademark Recordings title in favor of TRDMRK to more accurately and succinctly detail what we do here (as well as making our activities more search-engine friendly). You can checkout the INFO section for more details on that.

The only news at the moment — and it’s monumental — is that we are pleased to announce we are now taking pre-orders for the much anticipated Swarming Hordes discography ltd. 12″ LP. Back in 2006 (when we first started), the Swarming Hordes were an original target to propel into the digital world, as we had began working with them in 1999 (the Obtuse Mule days). This record is limited to 42 copies forever, which includes hand-made lathe cut records by our friend Peter in New Zealand and hand-screened and folded covers courtesy of Conifer alum Zachary Howard’s Arm Factory. These are $25 and will be available in late January (the covers are ready; the records are taking some time). We’ve already sold a few of these and now that it’s official, they are sure to go fast, so grab a copy. PayPal us at trademarkrecordings [at] gmail [dot] com for these. First come, first serve. Here’s the cover:

We’ll have other news shortly about future vinyl, cassette, and book releases. Yes, we are releasing books. In the meantime, check out our newest releases by the Abodox and Girth, in case you missed them a few months back. Thanks for visiting. And as always, stay negative.

Cheers,
TRDMRK
